Shipping & delivery

Veylo Goods works with independent suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products may ship from different locations, including outside your country. A multi-item order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping options and charges

Available delivery destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout for your items and address. Multiple suppliers may create separate shipping charges. If checkout does not offer a shipping option, contact us before ordering.

Delivery timing

Processing and transit times depend on the item, supplier, selected shipping service, and destination. Contact shekebniazi@gmail.com for a product-specific dispatch and delivery estimate before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We do not promise one delivery timeframe for the entire catalog.

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the timeframe stated for that order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the available cancellation and refund options, as required by applicable law.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send a shipping notification with the carrier link. Carrier scans may take time to appear after a shipping label is created. See Track your order.

Address details and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. For a missing or damaged delivery, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier.

International orders

International availability varies by item. Any duties or import taxes shown and collected at checkout are included in the checkout total. Additional import charges imposed by local authorities may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
